Wow, wasn't that TREMENDOUS!

So, the sixth episode of Series 4, The Doctor's Daughter, has now aired on BBC One!

Well, I'm still thinking about my score, but probably 5/5! No, 4.9/5! This episode was probably slightly different from what people were expecting, and the Doctor did not produce a daughter with someone else, but just through him! How the character of the Doctor's Daughter developed was just spectacular, and how in the end, she and the Doctor got on! And how sad was it when she was shot and died! But then came back to life again!

Hints of the Series 4 Story Arc:

Er, well, none really, but there are probably things that we turn a blind eye on at this stage, but could play a part leading up to the finale!

Silence in the Library - Synopsis

The Synopsis for 4.8  Silence in the Library has been revealed:

"One hundred years ago, the universe's greatest library was sealed off, leaving only one warning: "Count the Shadows". But now, the shadows are moving again. As Russell T Davies's Bafta Award-winning time-travelling drama continues, the Doctor and Donna must uncover the terrible truth behind the Nodes and the horrifying Data Ghost, to find the library's secret..."

David Tennant plays the Doctor and Catherine Tate plays his companion Donna Noble, with guest stars Alex Kingston, Colin Salmon and Steve Pemberton.

4.8  Silence in the Library airs on Saturday 24th May, at 7:00pm

The BBC Doctor Who Site has been updated again to reflect this week's episode, The Doctor's Daughter. Again there are new wallpapers, a new jigsaw, fear forecast, trailer, preview and picture for the homepage.

The Final BARB rating is in for 4.4: The Sontaran Stratagem.

The Final BARB rating shows that the episode achieved 7.06m viewers.

Doctor Who was the sixth most-watched programme on BBC One for the week, and the 17th most-watched programme on all channels.

The Poison Sky - Overnight Ratings

The Overnight Ratings are in for 4.5: The Poison Sky.

Overnight Ratings show that the episode achieved 5.9m viewers with a 32.5% audience share.

Doctor Who was the second most-watched programme on Saturday, being beaten by Britain's Got Talent, which achieved 8.5m viewers.

Well, wasn't that DRAMATIC!

So, the fifth episode of Series 4, The Poison Sky, has now aired on BBC One.

I rate this episode 5/5! Everything was brilliant, like last episode, although I found this one slightly better! I’m not going to go into the whole favourite things about this story. You can find my best bits below (and it was incredibly hard this week!), and a few things the same as last week.

But……ROSE!!!!!!!! Watch it below, but don’t blink (and no, it’s not the weeping angels!) or you’ll miss her! Only a quick glimpse!

So, the TARDIS takes off by itself, Martha gets a little angry about it and the Doctor’s hand is bubbling in the jar. Does that mean another Time Lord. Well, Time Lady. The Doctor meets his daughter!!!

 

My Top 5 Scenes:

5. The TARDIS takes off by itself, Martha annoyed and hand bubbling!

4. The Scenes with the Sontarans on Earth at war including the Valiant blowing part of the ATMOS factory up, to kill some Sontarans!

3. Luke takes the Doctor’s place and sacrifices his life to blow up the Sontaran ship!

2. Donna’s great TARDIS scenes on her own, including ROSE on the TARDIS screen and calls to her family! 

1. The Doctor sets fire to the Earth to get rid of the gas and the Earth is free again, with great ‘The Doctor Forever’ music in the background!

 

But there are so many other good bits, with many hilarious jokes, like the ‘Are you my mummy?’ bit and Sylvia smashing the car window to let Wilf out and scary scares!
