At the Edinburgh International Television festival this year, Doctor Who was officially named the Programme of the Year! This is the second year running in which it has won the award, voted by many members of the British Television Industry! Also, BBC One was named terrestrial channel of the year, and BBC Three, the digital channel of the year! This is the first time since 2002 that one broadcaster has won all of the top prizes!
