Torchwood - Series 3 Rumours

Some rumours for the third series of Torchwood are appearing round the internet, and I've rounded up some of the best ones, but there may be one that are completely wrong, vaguely correct, or maybe real! So let's start speculating:

• The plot is a further development of the episode Sleeper.
  
• Unlike The Children Of Time in Doctor Who (his assistants), the Children Of Earth seem to be our children.
• The Cardiff Hub (Torchwood three) is destroyed in the first episode.
• A government agent is out to expose Torchwood.
• Jack (and possibly others) may have been fired by episode 3. Gwen, Ianto and Rhys are reduced to stealing laptops and credit cards.
• The Torchwood Cardiff team now appears to be; Ianto Jones, Jack Harkness & Gwen Cooper.
